@jenuelpr Aww. :( I realize this comment is from a year ago and I hope things are better now, but if not, then please see my comment to samman401. Also, if you do a Google search for Green Iguana Society, they have a message board there where you can get advice on taming, etc. (also the site itself has a ton of great care info).

@samman401 It really depends on the individual iguana; some are more work than others. You need to gain their trust and come across as non-threatening to them (try doing a non-contact, quiet activity around him/her, like reading). Of course once they're "tame," they can then become territorial and then you have aggression due to that! (sigh) ;)

haha i just bought a iguana today and he is a baby he is a crazy little fucker but he seems easy to train i can touch his tail but his body freaks him out it first day and so far he been watching me all day he seems smart cant wait till he gets used to me

This makes me want to get a baby iguana :s lol. Already have a 4 foot girl. So much fun getting them grown up and tame though, I miss it.
