The frequency theory is true,or Reptilians would be able to take over,just like that. Some live in underground bases on Earth,others outside planets,they had to invent the hybrid who are here infiltrating places of high importance. They have to have the hybrids to mediate between them and what they want done on earth. Bush,Clinton ,Cheney,Heath,Blair,Reagan,Swa­rzenegger etc. all hybrids.
