Its a short review of the latest Motorola Fire XT311.

Sorry guys, I am in a rush so couldn't do a detailed video review of this phone. But if we want I can do that. I tried looking for a video review of this phone all over the internet, but couldn't find one.

I posted a benchmark test video of this phone here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUQIEaHz4Mk

  • Did you flash it cyanogenmod or another lighter rom to "kill" those lags you mention?

  • @quiquedcode I was thinking about that but couldn't find the right rom for this specific model. I wasn't sure if a rom for a different model will work fine with this hardware. So I am still waiting for a rom specifically made for this phone.

  • it is worth 9000

  • @superdkm1 For me it is, but for other it might not be. It all depends on what you want out of this phone. I use it for staying connected. Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook, Twitter, Skype. This is what I use it for. I don't have any games on it or any other app which isn't required like Talking Tom etc.

  • I got this phone about 8 days back , i am concerned about horizontal white line seen across the display when you hold it a tilt.

    any observation by you guys

  • @shivaji565 Do you still get those lines? I don't see any such lines on my screen, but there are 2 dark spots on the lower left corner of this phone screen. They are only visible when the screen is white.

  • Damn, you're actually trying to speak english ?

  • @busyzubee yeah you are right , take the phone which suits you, and u r making good use of your phone

  • @busyzubee thanks a lot :) btw i bought moto defy a couple of weeks back :)

  • @completebhejafry Well I can't really comment on the keypad. I like this keypad more than the Sony Ericsson Mini keypad. But I would surely give more points to SE Mini for a faster processor.

  • @sidkul2k Well I would say it depends on your luck rather than anything else. Something will last you ages while some will get ruined within months of use. Every company tried to give the best to the customer, but technical faults are bound to occur. But you can't blame the whole company for that. This is a good phone, a little slow, but good enough to get u through with what you want out of a phone.

  • @lebrondu94 YES. Its a fully functional touchscreen, with really good capacitive screen.

  • @Alecxscool No you can't use the phone touchscreen, since it only has qwerty keypad and no trackpad to control or select.
