  • Remember, this guy did not invent sous-vide! Sous-vide has been around in the food world since the 70's!

  • Very cool. He's hot in a Professor from Gilligan's Island sort of way. I bet he could make a radio out of coconuts. I wouldn't mind being stranded on an island with Mr. PolyScience:)
