* Nobody is wringing their hands about transactions that are not taking place. Why not? And how can you make sure you don't need to, either.

* There's a real spread between asking price and final bid. Normally, there'd be compromise. But these days, things aren't normal...Neither party is budging.

* And last...but definitely not least...how about lower values, higher values, the number of vehicles needing adjustments and more.
