Six car crush

Six drivers lost their cars in a public vehicle crushing today. These cars have been forfeited by the courts at SAPOL's request using the Criminal Law (Clamping, Impounding and Forfeiture of Vehicles) Act 2007.

This crushing may be a deal between state attorney and car owner... either go to jail for a long time resp. pay up for a very high fine, or give up your car which gets crushed.

If so, its allright.

Everything else sucks, and maybe is an extraordinary type of over-fining. Then, chances are good for the car owners in court.

Was it the police that decided to do so, on their own? If so, it's time for another message: fire the head of police, and tell this the public!

Well the simple is, don't hoon follow the road rules and your car will be yours.

If you want to hoon find sone remote paddock, with no one around or some old abandoned car park, not on public roads.

what about not driving like a dick head in the first place and then you can wake up in the morning and see your car in your garage. Impounding cars does nothing, crushing is the answer although i do like the idea of selling them to good people who need a car for low prices or auctioning them off.
