This video is part of a project to acoustically record various models of pianos in various ways. I started by recording the Wendl & Lung upright with my Sony HD video camera's internal mic, then external mic. In this video I used 2 condenser mics suitable for recording piano via a USB preamplifier into Audacity. The next piano in the series will be a Wendl and Lung grand.

  • linda musica, você toca com emoção.Adorei o som do seu piano.Reginaldo.Brasil.

  • sometimes the expressionist here perhaps wanders into a metaphysical state whilst singing the music..., especially when the music seems clear and simple...

i came back to watch exactly how the effect is achieved exactly at three minutes..

  • beautiful ............i like too ,congratulations!

  • What micorphone are you using?

  • great

  • Your music takes me away to places beyond the rainbow, very beautiful!!

  • Wonderful musik thank you for sending

    greetings Friedhelm

  • It is really magic Paul!!!! you are magic!!!!!!!

  • love watching the piano keys inside the piano...and how paul slows down the tempo without really doing so...

    le pont ici est parfait!!!

if ever there was a piece revealing paul's most gentle side here it is...

    bravo

hope everyone makes this a favorite and shares to the world, we need love..

  • What a lovely dreamy quality this music has, and how sensitively and beautifully you play it. Nice mellow tone too, but as I've already said, even the world's best piano needs an understanding touch. You've got it, Paul. Great, well done!
