I drilled 6 1/2 inch holes in the inner baffle of the stock muffler. This is the sound, its a nice deep tone.

  • Visit Korider.com and go to the 250 forum and do a search. I posted pics many years ago.

  • Wrong! Adding holes to the muffler releases back pressure. This can be good or bad depending on the intake and carb setting. Adding an aftermarket muffler is worse then drilling holes in the baffle. Also the muffler exit hole is still the same diameter so there is no change in pressure.

  • where did you do the holes ? any pictures?

  • wher abt did u drill the hole?is anywhere inside the muffler?

  • you always want abit of back pressure! know  ur stuff

  • so how would i make my exhaust loud with out loosing power or causing damage to the bike ?

  • u dont ever wanna mess with a muffler cus it might cause back pressure on the engine which isnt good
