You can't retrain a crooked officer. They just need to be locked up with the criminals they are. As long as there are not any cameras on those cops it's just our word against theirs! I am white and even I have had problems with crooked cops. I have seen racist cops as well as cops that are just complete as*holes who think a badge gives them a right to do anything they want. It's time to put a stop to all those cops, keep your cell phones on record if at all possible. catch them in the act!

Heck I'm white and have military background and I STILL don't trust police. There are TOO many bad police officers to be abe to even trust the good ones. I think its terrible what happens. you should be able to reach for a wallet or anything harmless without being harmed by police. Yet we are the ones that are warned about not reaching for anything unless we say what we are doing b4 we do it.

sorry, just ONE more thing.In LA you need to be VERY, VERY careful, because the police have been recently known to have attacked, intimidated, threatened, assaulted, and yes, even murdered innocent citizens who have complained or taken any kind of legal action(s) against them.That is why you are better off working with a an attorney, a large group, petitions & the federal govt. thanks and just one other point. Local police agencies are NOT under the 'direct' authority or supervision of any federal agency (like the Dept. of Justice). The are though under the authority of the mayor and your state govt. representatives (like your local state govt representative). You need to contact those folks (better as a part of a group) and put political pressure on them. Let them know if something is not done, UR group will do everything possible to get them OUT OF OFFICE
