This is a music video project I created while on the New York Film Academy digital filmmaking course in London 2003. The music is by The Innocence Mission. The song is called "Happy, The End"

Hey heyroro....just want you to know that I have loved this video ever since I first saw it over a year ago...I wonder if you might be willing to do a video of one of my original songs? It's a very personal song to the woman I love...I can send it to ya if you'd seriously consider it...if the good Lord allows, I would bless you with more than a wedding invitation, hah! lemme know...

This song and video remind me of those shining happy memories that we all have but, the sadness they bring years later when you realize that you'll probably never see those people again and you'll never experience life like that again where your thoughts were so simple and everything was black or white.

In a sea of terrible music video projects, this was just great to see. You nailed it. Everything I think of when I hear IM: that sky, the combination of youth, unabated joy, and the outdoors, all of it. Beautiful. Thought you were going to "americanize" the ending. Glad you left it right where it was. Added to favorites.

A unique song I heard in a record shop over 15 years ago (I think). Bought the record on the spot. Still play this song when I'm feeling a bit blue...dark and moody song.

I like this... this song is quite dear to me. I lost the love of my life suddenly to cancer and she suffered at the end. So, to me, it is SO bittersweet, this song, because it sort of represents her escape from physical pain at the end, to me, but also my incredible loss. Beautiful work. And, I was in London in 03, when you created this.... Lovely work..heartbreak in a song.
