The locomotive was rebuilt and is back running again. I saw it about a month ago
There was minor frame damage but it was easily fixable.

So the 3rd C44-9W is a total loss? Those GEs are approaching 15 years and it looks like the front truck has been sheared off. That would indicately likely frame damage?
