Does the new Land Cruiser with 4.0ltr manual transmission accelerate the same way. Because the same HP thats 240 but not torque which is less in the new one.

no, the acceleration is directly related to the amount of torque the car has. Horsepower is just how much load it can take. So its acceleration will be a bit less
