http://www.premierguitar.com PG's Rebecca Dirks is On Location at NAMM '09 where she swings by the 65 Amps booth. In this video, we get a chance to hear from 65 Amps co-founders Dan Boul and Peter Stroud as they walk us through their latest small-big amp, the lil Elvis. While this sucker doesn't carry all the watts like many other 65 Amp models, it still provides that punch and ability to clean up when neccessary. Also, this amp marks a first for 65 Amps as the lil Elvis is their first amp to come in under $2000.

  • It's ironic how much he uses the word "vocabulary"... ;)

    Great sounding amp.

  • Well I just took the plunge and ordered a combo from my dealer in Oakville, GEAR MUSIC in the Toronto area. Play one of the head units sound is way better than is coming through on YouTube. The tremolo is so sweet you might even say Lisle like the way it swells and falls off. The new master power is even better than I was expecting, just how low it can go and still sound so good super simple to dial in and get some sweet sounds. Can't wait for it to come, coo-does to Dan Boul and 65 amps gang.
