cant get iphones cuz the bastards said i am on the 2nd line so i cant upgrade the same time as the main line so no iphones for me wat a fucking retarded system verizons customer support team should have to sit for 80 minutes on the phone only to have someone HANG UP on them and then try again for anothr 80 minutes fucking wastes of flesh and time

Ditto:VERIZON SUCKS.Just spent 77min on my cell with Verizon,trying to resolve a six month old bill of over $150 for services I never received.Now they're sending my bill to collections so my credit score can be lowered and I can be pursued by collections scum-bags,ALL BECAUSE OF VERIZON"S MISTAKE! I spoke to Samantha, Diane, Emma(who disconnected me) Mike(he was actually pretty cool)Jennifer,and rudest of all Rachel the supervisor in the payment center(she "accidentally" disconnected me too)

I hate Verizon. Everytime I see the Verizon map commercial it likes forcing me to go out and get Verizon so I did and I hated it! I tooked it back and kept my AT&T phone.

Big over exaggeration. I've never had a dropped call from Verizon. In fact, I received and delivered calls all the way from England. I switched from AT&T to Verizon because Verizon holds better quality and looking phones. Both Verizon and AT&T have good service.
