How to Play Nightwish (Too Loudly)

I was trying to do a cover of Master Passion Greed. I play songs a few times before I record so I get warmed up. I did the same this time and it a few times before I recorded. I got interrupted a little way in and carried on playing afterwards.
So this is me being informed that I'm playing a little loudly ;)
If I don't put my guitar up that loud it doesn't pick up very well.
I can upload the whole thing if people want to see it. I recorded the whole song in the end.
