Urban Expansion Dubai Style - New Portier Quarter (Monaco)

The royal family headed by Prince Rainier III had the Fontvieille and Larvotto quarters built out of the sea in the 60s and 70s in Monaco. Now his heir Albert II is planning a giant floating island - to be named Portier – extending the coast line and adding new buildings on the sea.
