  • Thank you - I appreciate knowing the "story" too. It's a beautiful message in such a great musical setting.

  • @nnemoyer I believe that it is G# - that is the key my family's group does it in and we tried to copy these boys. That's what it sounds like. I don't know if anyone here has posted the story of this song, but it was written by Tim's wife's aunt as her own eulogy. Tim put it to music and here it is! It is a beautiful song and we get a great reaction whenever we perform it.

  • Its sounding like G#, but could just be G or A if there is something off on the recording or possible outside temp issue. (Capo 1, G-C-D if you want to strum along...)

  • What key are they singin' in?

  • my dads best friend sang this at his funeral after we lost him in a car accident at age 70,,,, i'm 33 and can't remember a day my mom didn't pray for all of us,,,, cry every time i hear it

  • See it's in Ohio, boy do I miss my home!

  • It's Someday, and I love it! I saw them at the Bluegrass Festival in Wilmington Ohio with Doyle Lawson Quicksilver, and Rhonda Vincent.. etc.. they were all wonderful!

  • Some Day

  • What a beautiful song and fantastic singing. I watched it over and over.
