Petsmart Grooming #2

Took Zela to a different Petsmart in Machesney Park IL & they did a fantastic job!! I asked them to do the same things as the other Petsmart only they did what I asked & she looks perfect!!

If there is no communication between groomer and owner, then you end up with a dog seen in the other posted video.

If say the owner explains in detail and the groomer gives back your dog the opposite of what you asked for then that groomer is a money grabber and could care less about people and their dogs.

I don't understand why there are so many negative comments. People say "You should know what grooming your breed of dog requires."

Yes, that is true, but groomers should also know what kind of coat care each breed of dog requires. If the owner, such as this one, comes in saying they want their Shepherd's coat trimmed, the groomer should ask the owner what exactly they mean by a trim. Have the owner explain exactly what they want, then the groomer can explain what they can or can not do.
