Coen City Stompers (Legacy) of Hoorn, the Netherlands. A reunion jazzband, dating its history back to the early 1950s, dissolved in 1960, when the individual musicians all went their own way, from Mozart to Pop to Free Jazz. Hence the somewhat special sound-blend of this old-style band, resurrected for a special event in 2007 with 5 out of 6 former members still/again participating, though some of them did not touch their instrument for many years, or playing a different one than before. Performing Louis Armstrong's Big Butter and Egg Man. Video/sound recorded by a "fan" (in the audience with a photo camera) during a performance in Sgt Peppers Jazzclub, Enkhuizen, January 2008.
