Police and corner covering up a great injustice. Justice has not been served in Michigan for Brett Elders. Pepper spray ... JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED. Civil lawsuit should put the "excited delirium" bullshit to rest. You can do it Mr. Prosecutor, do it for the overall safety of all Americans subjected to this supposed "non-lethal" armament known as tasers, which according to Amnesty International are responsible for hundreds of deaths. Outlaw tasers, make police use pepper spray or baton.

hhhhhmmmmmm lets see here......the cops follow department policy and we find out that this kid had a .17 blood alcohol concentration???? everyone is crying out for justice?? HOW ABOUT FINDING OUT WHO PROVIDED THE ALCOHOL TO A 15YR OLD AND FOLE CHARGES ON THAT INDIVIDUAL.............or does that make too much sense??? serious issues in a house where a 15yr old kid can get that drunk.....sounds like Child Protective Services needs to step in a criminal charges for the one who supplied him with it.

bullshit 3 police officers cant take down a 15 yr old skinny kid---they need to get diffrent jobs!!!--like mcdonalds or something!!police training evidently was completely wasted on these three.sheesh!!--i think they should be at least taszered till they pass out,and not allow anyone to check on them till/if they wake up.-----now thats a lil justice---
