You mentioned wheat products cause more cramps. Have you thought of the possibility that wheat products can cause gas in the intestines in some people, which can cause indigestion and constipation?

I wish I had something magical I could say for both of us and everyone in the similar place we are in. I thank you for your videos as they are the only thing keeping me strong knowing I'm not totally alone in this, as sad as I am that we all have to suffer while other people ignorantly take their lives and those around them for granted.
