  • If you want gigantic forearms just lift big weights without using lifting straps. deadlifts rows pullups kettlebells.

  • you can also train forearms by doing dips, its major excercise and plus you train your triceps. I do that all the time and I got results after a week.

    Just do it like 3 times 10 round and after that put on more weight and do as many as you can again 3 times, doesnt matter wether 6-8. Do that about a week and your ready
