If you want gigantic forearms just lift big weights without using lifting straps. deadlifts rows pullups kettlebells.

you can also train forearms by doing dips, its major excercise and plus you train your triceps. I do that all the time and I got results after a week.
Just do it like 3 times 10 round and after that put on more weight and do as many as you can again 3 times, doesnt matter wether 6-8. Do that about a week and your ready
