RAW FOOTAGE: The Stanley Hotel Ghosts & Paranormal (intro to upcoming video)

While shooting a LIVE intro for our video to be released on October 31, 2011 - we hear creaks and taps on our window-- where no tree branches or wires are located, just many of the weird things going on at The Stanley.

The Stanley Hotel in Estes Park is known for being one of the most haunted places in America. Both Stephen King, Jim Carey and many guests have claimed to have paranormal experiences at The Stanley. Tune in on October 31, 2011 for full footage of our stay here.

Note: In the video I say that Stanley Hotel is where Stanley Kubrick's film "The Shining" is filmed, but it wasn't--however, the movie is based on Stephen King's experiences here at The Stanley...which is even scarier.

@dondre5000 Definitely right about Stephen King, this was hot right after visiting the most haunted underground room in the concert hall--while still shaky, I slipped and MEANT to say it was filmed based-on Stephen King's experience at The Stanley while in room 217. Crazy place. Wind was non-existent that night however in room 428.

The Shining was not filmed there! Stephen King wrote the novel "The Shining" there in room 217. I've stayed at the hotel and it's old. I agree with the lights being whacked but it could be wiring. The creaking I noticed was due tonic being old and the same with the windows. The wind caused them to shake a bit since they were old and not up to modern codes.
