7 years later and I'm finally riding a mono-ski, no more bi-ski for me. Have I told you that I love Castle Mountain? Cause I do!! Thanks to Derrill, Paul and everone else who has helped me get to this point. I really hope next year I can start racing, we'll see I guess.

  • I just started the Mono this past winter, I've never had as much fun falling down, as I did on the Mono!

Also, trails look A LOT steeper on the Mono, to me.

  • where are you from? canada or usa?

I live in Canada and ski the rocky mountains. the more i watch this clip i think how slow i look like i'm going, next year i'll have to kick it up a knotch. i might try riding in japan this winter. have you just recently been injured? i'm almost 8 years post, geeez time fly's.............

erll have fun and maybe one day we'll ride together. peace.

  • @kaseydawn79 I look really slow too, mostly cuz I am, but if you think about it, at least in my case, I may be going 20 mph, and getting videotaped by a camera guy also going 20. The result, you guessed it, yeah, pretty slow looking.

  • EyeballNinja Thats Sweet. I'm a T6 complete. This was my first year on a monoski. I can finally do the bunny slope without falling. My video Last run at breckenridge, or something like that, is literally my last run after 27 hrs of lessons over a week at Breck working with the good folks at the BOEC.

  • Sorry it took me so long to respond. I'm from the US, near the appalachian mountains, I've used a wheelchair my whole life due to a birth defect, Spina Bifida. Maybe one day, I'll take a trip to Canada, But, I think I'll try to master the trails in the US first.
