So death and destruction does bring glory to god. If their innate nature is to give god glory, and their innate nature is to bring death and destruction because of "mankind's fall from grace" then god gets glory from death and destruction.

As for Jesus, there's good evidence to doubt his historicity, but, if he did exist, nothing he said was very profound (it's been said before) and some of it was downright immoral -- give no thought for the 'morrow & and turn the other cheek being a couple.

Actually, our concept of death as the destruction of life is a result of mankind's Fall from grace, due to disobedience. As a result, the second law of thermodynamics came to be: All matter is decaying to their basic elements. I must ask, what do you believe about Jesus? Or what have you been given to understand about Jesus?

It's interesting how much glory god gets through death and destruction. So many bacteria, viruses, parasites, carnivores, and various "creatures" that live only through the destruction of another "creature" just to praise the lord. Although this isn't really surprising given much of the Bible, even Jesus came to Earth to satisfy god's need for death as you so rightly point out.

The basic purpose for every kind of creature is to give glory to God. Some refuse to do so, but it is part of their innate nature to praise the Lord, mostly through the talents they were born with. Regarding Jesus, I meant if you were told of His purpose of coming down to die?

This reminds me of a lyric in a song called "Point of Difference" by Hillsong United ... "As we live to make you famous." The "you" in the lyrics obviously meaning "god." Which makes me wonder: "When did god stop being famous?" or to your point: "Who hasn't heard about Jesus?"
