1638 (31638) made two special return trips for members of the Maunsell Locomotive Society between Sheffield Park and Kingscote on the Bluebell Railway on Saturday 18th February 2006 following successful completion of her restoration from Barry scrapyard condition. She is seen here on the first of those two trips running round her train at Kingscote*, on the journey back to Sheffield Park and running round her train again at Sheffield Park. * incorrectly referred to as Horsted Keynes in th evideo - sorry.
She was not running round at Horsted Keynes in the first clip, that was at Kingscote

How right you are - what a stupid mistake. I'll change the comments but can't amend the title within the video now!! Thanks for pointing it out. Much appreciated. Chris

I'm pleased to hear from someone helping the line. Sadly i'm too far away so my only support is by membership of the Maunsell Society. Keep up the good work.

Oh good to hear you are a member of the MLS. I'm a member of the Bluebell Railway Preservation Society and my Dad has two shares in the 34059 fund, although only being 15 I hope to be on the lanch train when she returns to traffic later this year.

Good for you (and your Dad of course). I'm also a Bluebell member as well. Hope you can get there more often than I do! Interesting times there. Chris
