...Thomas was the best all-around TMV drummer. I know people get intimidated by how busy he plays, but you honestly think he has no 'feel'? A prodigy who studied under so many famous drummers, including DAVID GARIBALDI, doesn't know how to stay in the pocket? Do some research. He's much more of a diverse drummer than what Omar wanted him to be at the time. I hate it when boring people get offended when people 'show-off' a little.

Check out Blake Fleming. He wrote a lotta the parts to Deloused/ Tremulant.
Don't get me wrong, Theo is a fantastic drumming and I love his bombastic feel,. In fact FTM is my favorite Volta album partly because of his drumming, but far too many people take the hipster attitude that if it ain't the original, it's bad.

OH YEAAHHH!!! That's why i stopped listening to this band. Jon fucking Theodore was kicked out. The other drummers are all just flash and "look how fast i can drum!"
Jon had some fucking swagger and his beats shaped their first two albums. I wonder what he's doing these days?
