@beastgunner1 OK, here is where your wrong, the doors, roof, floor, firewall etc are all metal, thin sheet metal but metal none the less. Secondly, the H3 is only 10% similar to the colorado chassis. The colorado chassis was starting point, but it was completely redesigned for the H3, more cross members, stronger mounting points, fully wrapped frame, etc. The H3 and colorado are in no way the same. Perhaps you should learn a little more about your vehicle than you think you know.

@ghy252 First of all the aluminum is designed to "bend" and be lightweight to keep from crushing the passengers not "break" Most cars have been made to bend since the 90's when safety ratings became a major selling point in cars, breaking, as you put it, would cause sharp objects that would tear your ignorant ass apart in a wreck. The only metal parts in my car are the engine block, engine compartment and the chasis, which was taken from a Chevy Colorado.

@beastgunner1 uhh, how dumb are you? if you were to actually break it down, over 75% of the components are metal, and plastic is used to cut down on weight, because its cheaper, and no one in their right mind uses metal for everything because the car would weigh 10000 pounds. Plus parts cars are made to break in a wreck in order to protect the driver. So i believe you are the sma....i mean dumb ass

@ghy252 I "take a look" at mine every day, Its fun to drive and it drives great but either way its still mosty plastic, from the hub caps to the interior detail all the way to the radiator. Fuckin' smartass.

@beastgunner1 right, perhaps you need to take another look at the truck again

Funny how when Hummer comes out with a bed on both of there models. Chrysler goes out and says they might make one. Yeah there was the CJ8 Scrambler and the Commanche Jeep but they were American Motors Corporation products.

@bigwood212 I think it's inexperience. I have owned CJ's, Wranglers, Cherokees and even a Grand Cherokee - all of them lifted (properly) with extras like winches and skid plates and all that. I just bought an H3 and to be honest, it does everything just as well as any of my Jeeps did, plus it's a nice ride when you're not out on the trails. I am going to let them hate on my H3 as much as they want - I won't hear them anyways between the great monsoon sound system and the airtight seal.

Awesome looking SUV's, so fun to drive, too bad they are made mostly of plastic, inside and out.

@optiplex454 oh really?? gee i was there when my friends jeep TJ thats open/open did it
Funny, all of the videos of Jeeps on the Hell's Revenge Escalator course that are posted on YouTube are FAR from being stock...... Hmmmmmm???? Denial??? It's awesome to see that my fiance's stock Hummer can do what your stock Jeep can't.

@AWDfreak I completely agree...however, we all know that anyone that spends 1500.00 just on huge blinging rims never dare take their vehicles off road, 4 wheel drive is just a show for them..... (I think it's some sort of new status symbol, like a wife with a boob job or something, nice to look at but no fun to play with?
