I wa bed ridden with my eyes closed for days, still havent recovered, I feel you. Check out some of the vertigo videos on my channel. It was hell for me in the first week but I'm getting better. Hope you are recovered by now sweetie. I still have more to get through.

@ALICE7279 Hey fellow Dizzy, I'm sorry to hear you've been hit with Lab. The key is to really listen to your body, allow yourself the time to chill at home. Trying to balance study, work and play is bloody hard when the world is spinning i know it well! But just accept that sometimes you'll need to stay in & get an early night (at 18 i know that sounds RUBBISH. Get a best pal to stay in with you!!). I know it's scary but hang in there mate, stay positive, push on through and you'll get there :)

@i2sdad I'm glad mate. I put it out there for my fellow dizzies like yourself ! Yeah the best I thing I did was stick two fingers up at the whole disorder and take the control back!! It's hard work and there are still days where it gets the better of me but never for long... It get's better trust. Hang tough and good luck!!
