i am hoping one year for vacation to save up money and take my hubby there ... He's never been to the beach.. .o.o something tells me once we get there he won't want to come back.

There is actually a CD of ocean sounds that was done from Kure Beach? The artist name is ncbysound and they have a website by the same name.

I just moved away after 3 years of living there. I love the kb ocean rescue and were the hat every day. One of the life guards broke or set the world for longest time surfing. I am pretty sure that he was out there for 24 hours strait.

that tall white hotel way off in the distance is "Pelican Watch" hotel. i stayed there this past summer. good times, good times.
