He isnt stoned its cause he moves around from England to New York so he has a mixed acent,mid-atlantic or whatever you call it,so thats why he sounds like that. :)

lmao he's not drugged up, it's the way he grew up. he has a VERY strong mid-atlantic accent, if he was drugged-up I don't think he would of been able to do what he has done physically and mentally to be honest.

some people pick up and drop accents pretty quickly. i've seen it happen to my own family. the age of the speaker has a lot to do with it too, and mark ronson is pretty young, especially when he first started properly moving about.
