Using a park's play area I set up a circuit with tires, sledge hammers, medicine balls, bands and body weight exercises. The biggest challenge for everyone was the "body weight hang" where all you had to do was use your hands to hang and hold your own body weight for 45 seconds.

Everyone agreed this was the toughest exercise. The point I wanted to make was what if you had to hang from a window of a burning building waiting for a rescue team? Being able to hold your own body weight, even for a minute or two could save your life.

  • @keenynman34 Not exclusively. But I'm over 50 and I relate well to

    my age group. These folks may be "older" but they have a lot of heart

    and they push themselves pretty hard.
