@shaparnapash I hope you know taken in context this was not about interracial marriages but interfaith marriage.
First. In Hosea chapters 1 - 3. He was an old testament prophet who was told by God to marry a Jewish whore.
Second the Jews were among women who did not believe in or service God thus they would turn these men against God. At that time only Jews served the one true God.
Third once these women served God only, Jews were then free to marry them. I.E Moses, Joseph... etc.
