i feel they purposly tried to entrap bishop jeakes. He states clearly that you must come to Christ and he never said homosexuality was not a sn only that everyone as in in their life . in outher words regardless of what sin you have in your life you have to come to jesus. i woud have just said yes if you practrice homosexuality you are going to hell which is why i came to Jesus who delivered me from the spirit of perversion by the washing of the word and indwelling of the Holy Spirit .

@RONIDC1979 good point. there is a subtle mass move of modern day pastors etc. esp. mega who either say there is no hell or present some watered down version. jude said we are to save some by love others by fear. Jesus taught hell. no way around it. no compromise.jakes is a man of God to me. powerfully used. pray for him.

@neverscared11 I followed Jakes for years never able to find fault with his messages until God begin to reveal slowly certain issues and in most cases the discernment I had I swept under the rug as rebellion in myself because he was in the faith longer and I thought full of wisdom. Jakes is hard to peg because he mixes so much truth will deception that it's extremely difficult to call him out unless the Spirit reveals it or you have been in the faith long enough to know better.

@HannielTV yeah....hard to stay totally surrendered to Jesus when you run with politicians and hollywood. Both are corrupted and evil communication corrupt good manners (godly character). You can only get so "big" and rich and famous in america b4 you are forced to sell out. Demonic system, those boys are no longer free to preach against sin nor preach about hell.

@neverscared11 amen . there will be a seperating and it has started allready. the Lord spoke to me and said "seperating" a woman at my church recieved a similar word and my step-mother elder JeanetteThomas said that God was going to expose people . a few monthes later the seperating started with bishop long.

@HannielTV a gentile acording to the bible and the dictionary is anyone non-jewish . it also aludes to anyone not a believer . In this case it would pertain to non believers of Christ. there fore their are sinners who are non believers in Christ and in some cases they believe in Christ but don't honor ALL of his Word Yet before they die they shall recieve the love of Christ and submit to God's will . I was oone of those people as were you being that we all have sinned.

@RONIDC1979 How can you entrap a man of God by asking him a question that the Bible specifically deals with and answers and all he has to do is agree with what he claims to submit too. It sounds like he was angered that the interviewer stated he doesn't stay out of the homosexuality issue. Jakes twisted scripture by stating he doesn't know the context of the other fold which refers to gentiles NOT sinners (i.e. homosexuals etc) Jakes is the most dangerous heretic cause he does it subtlely
