Where in the law does it say that the executive branch can pick & chose what laws it will enforce. Example: the marriage act.

Picking and choosing a level of enforcement of any law has been practiced by many, if not most, modern Presidents. George W. Bush was by far the worst offender. The correction is via the election process. Complaining about specific enforcement of any specific law, such as the Marriage Act is a political consideration and has nothing to do with the constitution. You are welcome to not vote for a particular person, but once President, they have some leeway.

This video is a lie. The job of the executive branch is to enforce the laws & keep the people safe. It is NOT its job to make decisions about enviroment & medical things

@debeddebed Please listen to yourself because your reasoning is incorrect: There are laws on the books, voted in by congress, regarding the environment and "medical things". Therefore, according the constitution, the executive branch must enforce those laws.
