hammonds kick serious ass and you are lucky to have one

@ItsEvan23 Thanks. It's a Hammond XK3c, no modifications, recorded direct to disk, no EQ, no effects, just the internal Leslie and overdrive.

You are good I have a Concord can I play this on the Concord? Thank you
TheNorthernSoulKing 11 months ago
@TheNorthernSoulKing You can play any piece on any instrument, but the result will depend on the sound of the instrument and the skill of the player.

btw, what's the chords on the breakdown at 0:32 ? I always just play G - A# - C - D# but you seem to go down instead of up.
TheJesseMusic 1 year ago
@TheJesseMusic Yes, I'm playing G, Bb, C, Eb, but different inversions, not all root positions, so I don't have to move my hand around so much.

Great playing oz. I have the xk3 but only the upper. I have watched some of your videos and you seem to be using the presets and not the drawbars. are you using the presets that come standard or did you create your own set up for the black keys?
orangerooster73 1 year ago
@orangerooster73 Thanks. I have set up a bank of presets with the sounds that I use the most, but I also use the drawbars when I need an extra sound or a special effect, and the playing style and the use of overdrive and Leslie are as much a part of the sound as the drawbar settings.
