If the keeper did not touch it, then it must be a corner.
The same is true of a free kick. You cannot score an own goal from your own free kick.

Fifa Rules 15: NO goals can be made on a throw in. In this case(own goal) it should have been a corner to the opposing team but if it was a goal it would be goal kick. Since this dosn't happen much refs won't remember
