The Joint Parliamentary Committee has completed hearings into the controversial demolition of properties in Syokimau and Eastleigh. @karuitha wtf... who gives a shit about iPads? Also, I'm from Europe, where our homes have had internet installed for more than a decade, which means I haven't stepped foot in an internet cafe since the 90s. Where I'm from if you don't have internet in your house, you are viewed as a bit of a weirdo.

@Utadowot remember how Moi fashioned the once popular commissions of inquiry, everytime a politician was assassinated or a big scandal happened. The outcomes of these commissions are still a mystery. Moi knew that was the only way to fool Kenyans and we fell for it. Now these goons in parliament \re trying to fool us yet they are the ones who owns those grabbed lands.

It is clear that Kenya is still very culturally primitive. Just watch the segment where Kibaki is addressing the crowd. They are so receptive to whatever he says, no matter what the fuck he says. Every one of his sentences is met with acknowledgement from the crowd, (eeeehhhhhhh *clapclapclapclap*) no matter how meaningless. Kenyans, please get rid of this jungle tribe mentality.

As much as I value human life ,I still believe that Kenyans should take it to the streets if they ever want change or justice.

@karuitha well said it has all been casually handled "behind closed doors" as more demolitions continued and more committees were formed to investigate...and the cycle, er...struggle continues
