Flat week training for 2010 Alaska State Meet. Goal is either 630 in the 242 pound/110 kilo weight class, or 615 in the 220 pound/100 kilo weight class. Body weight after workout was 229. The rack lockout was lame, but was at the end of the workout and just done, frankly, for fun.
Nice liftin man.. That best lifter award is gettin further and further away from me every time we meet! lol..

is that a dealift suit you are wearing or squat suit that you deadlift in? Nice work !

Good observation! It is a Titan Centurion NXG+ squat suit I bought in 2007 when I started competing. My NXG deadlift suit, also from 2007, wasn't giving me too much, and the consensus with the Alaska crew is that a squat suit gives you more than most DL suits. But, as with anything, everyone has an opinion, and I definitely have not tried all the DL suits out there...
