The classic Peter Pan starring Mary Martin. This is the 1960 version for NBC. Has been very limited in its showing. The DVD is long out of print and expensive to own.

  • where did the maid pop up from? i remember she flys in from somewhere but i didnt c that part yet. did it skip?

  • The order is correct. Thats the way is was presented. She just shows up.

  • Is that Wendy or the Darling's housemaid?

  • Thats the housemaid. In the original Broadway production she was played by Mary Martins own daughter. Dont know why she was not included in this tv production.

  • Liza didn't just show up to Neverland. I remember the scene where she comes and dances, and thats how she gets those balloons. They must have cut it out when it aired in TV. Too bad, it was a cute scene.

  • damn i loved those balloons as a kid

  • @batgirl1415 So how did she know how to get there ? How long dos fairy dust last ? Best try to snort it

  • Peter Pan is a lump of delight!

  • oh peter will you teach me how to crow

  • "Peter Pan is the greatest, and strongest, of all boys!"

And Tiger Lily can suddenly speak PERFECT ENGLISH!

  • @etb1244 This version cut the scene explaning that out. When Michael sprinkled fairy dust on her she flew to neverland too. Right after the Pirates tarantella orginally there is a scene where she dances around with the trees.
