@superburswood ... the chords to the first part are Am, F7 (basically an F with the bottom e left open) and G - thats it!!
raggae bit: Am, C, Am, C, G, Am - you need to slide from the G to the Am as well for the authentic sound - the chords are pretty straight forward but the rhythm and feel of the song are harder to capture.. hope i've been able to help!
