All that is taking place right now. I don't understand why the people are putting up with this. We the people have the power to turn this around if we just wake up and join forces. Snyder is cutting funding to cities and schools so he can turn around and say they can not run their city/schools. Look at whats happening in Detroit. I'm can't say all was well with local government there but they have been working to turn it around. The State who owes Detroit 230M will not pay but will take over!
