This is my first attempt at filming and editing my episode so please don't mind the choppiness and such. Recipe and carb count at the end of the video.
Enjoy!

  • Kelly, you keep on saying to incorporate the carb count when you add chicken etc. There are no carbs in chicken. There are very low carbs in cheese too. And there's no carbs in ground beef or sausage. What am I missing?

  • Hey there, I just meant to incorporate the cheese if you use more than a sprinkle. I was just meaning that you should judge how many carbs you put in per sprinkle. :-)

  • Nice one!

  • thanks this is a great recipe

  • @neoioneo310

i think low carb gets counter acted when that thing has about 5000 calories and god knows how many grams of fat and sodium. You can tell your diet is working by looking at how thin you are

  • @AngryLlamaz look at the fucking carb count man

  • here's a great recipe:

    4 lbs bacon

    27 oz clarified butter

    saute until bacon is crispy

carve a star into a disc of vermont cheddar cheese

top with steak smothered in sour cream and sliced of deep fried pumpkin

get this the whole dish has 17 net carbs - you eat this during induction and shed the pounds

  • isnt the aim of eating low carb to loose weight?

why even bother eating low carb if your just going to eat that much fat. ?

    mozerella, parmesan,cream cheese....

  • i don't see how this is considered a diet.

  • Are you doing this diet?

  • Excellent recipe! I love your story on weight loss, keep up the good work. Something as important as weight loss is worth restarting anytime we fall off the wagon. Thanks for these recipes!

  • Oh! I understand now. Where do you live? My mom weighs about 398 lbs. I try to get her to eat better but she doesn't want to hear it. Perhaps your story will give her motivation. Does this recipe taste like pizza? Is is good?
