"The level's made to be bad on purpose. It's just meant to show how ridiculous overuse of invisible coin blocks can become. So please, stop using them and come up with new ideas for crying out loud!" - ProtonJon

As a tribute to ProtonJon, and a test for the NSMBW level editor, I bring you his Invisible Coin block level he made in Super Mario World, this time reimagined in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Bask in all its invisible glory!
This level centers on purely invisible coin blocks to reach the goal. It has been reconstructed and matches his original level block for block. All 3 star coins have been added to the level, and it is possible to jump to the top of the flag pole for that extra 1-up, just like an official level.
It seems that Mario jumps higher in this game than he did in Super Mario World(I think), and the spring does not bounce you as high as it did in Super Mario World, so this seems to unfortunately leave the spring useless, but is left in to complete the experience. I do believe if it weren't for the wall jump, this level might just be impossible to beat due to the spring's lack of usefulness. Maybe.
Added Cosmic Mario texture for the lulz.
