it's still in cydia but doesn't have the same name, just look for an app in the top apps and you should see one that has the same icon and it'll work just fine. or there's another one called caller ID faker. That's really good too

you have to buy a calling card and it doesn't always work my friend tried with a blackjack and it didn't work so i just used it

you can do it from your computer using spoof app instead of 123 spoof. but phones with the application are the iPhone and they're adding it to the Blackberry Storm
