Liverpool riots 2011 - police vans being pushed back by the mob. No police on the front line, they just had to use the vans because the mob was too strong. You can't see but there was people attacking the vans with golf clubs, bricks and anything they could get there hands on. All together there was about 150 people.

I live in West Derby but I was on holiday at the time that the riots were going on, by the time i got back it'd all stopped... Thank god, I was scared shitless... @Sims3Crazy2K10 To be honest the second night of the riots we went out again and I nearly got my camera robbed. But it was late and I was standing in the middle of Toxteth so it would have been my own fault! A gang of black lads starting talking to us, asking us where we were from and why we were there. They all had their faces covered and were literally checking us out to see what they could rob. Luckily the riot police turned towards where we were standing and they starting moving off.
