  • do u have to put a lid over it? for how long? And do u have to rip the netting or do u just put the seeds in?

  • @summmer138 Hi- Having a plastic cover keeps them moist. If you don't have a cover, be sure to keep them damp. Depending on the seeds you've planted, they usually sprout in a week or two. The top of the pellets are open so you just push the seed into the moist peat. When you go to plant the peat pellet, it's best to carefully remove the netting, but you don't have to.

  • This netting will biodegradable in soil or what?

  • @MRBlackSmithMR The netting is designed to breakdown in the soil, but I find that the plants do better if you carefully remove the netting.

  • read from bottom up

  • in this dome, water+air+food = life the easy! keep them in 3 weeks roots will happen dont over water, but dont let dry complete. few drops every two days or so should be good but keep it wet in dome whatever u do

  • Ok, #1 go to local hydro store, pick up a clone dome wich is about foot and half by 12inch.

with a 24 inch clear hard plastic dome lid with two air holes that open and close for air movement, also it cost's like 5$ its freakin chaep and well worth the trip. when ur plants actually grow, also put some cheap cheap perlight in, it feels as light as foam but in little chunks it allows drainage and holds water just pour in to dome, because u need 100% humid

  • @bowler8 more light, less water. try spring water.

  • i don't have a plastic top. will it still work without one? any tips on how i can do it without one? thanks.

  • my seedlings always seem to die
