  • I can't imagine taking hemp protein that way. Hemp is the only protein supplement I take and I usually blend it with either almond milk or some kind of dark fruit juice(acai, pomegrannate, etc) and frozen bananas with some other dark frozen fruit like bluberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc. I also throw some ground flax seed in. But you should definitely stay away from dairy. 75% of African Americans and 90% of Asians are lactose intolerant.

  • try it in a smoothie, it's really good that way.

  • Ignore my comment on part one, except for the part about serving size. I'm behind on videos. Thanks for doing this review, this sounds almost perfect for me since I'm not eating animal products and I'm limiting my soy. Merci.
