He was the most powerful Sith lord who ever lived.
But could he be the only one who never died?

"Did you ever hear the Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise? It's a Sith legend. Darth Plagueis was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise that he could use the Force to influence the midi-chlorians to create life. He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying."
—Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith

  • Just imagine if Anakin discussed this With the Jedi ... What you know of Darth Plagueis ...... Who ??? .........Palpatine said ............Palpatine is Sidious lets take 20 Jedi including Yoda and Obi-wan................ Palpatine Fail LOL

  • @UaghBrian2000 statement:ah

    thanks for the clarification.

  • @cheezburgerluver That would've been a neat twist on Valorum's disappearance, but he was killed when his ship "The Star of Iskin" exploded on take off in the Clone Wars comics from Darkhorse.

  • has anybody noticed that Valorum, the chancellor before Palpatine, vanishes after episode 1?(just saying it could be him)^^

  • @cookiepussvixen7

That fact was a huge WTF for me, in a good way. I can never watch Phantom Menace the same again knowing that somewhere in these scenes with Sidious, Plagueis could be watching nearby.

  • I really loved this book and learned alot of backround which was brilliant. I also thought it had great continuity with the EU and films. I loved the revelation that Plagueis was alive for Episode I.

  • The bad guys are almost always more interesting.

  • @nepomusik indeed it does.

  • @klquick676

If people are saying its the best book since Heir to the Empire, you know it has a lot of things going for it.

  • I thought this one was one of the best books made yet, i even liked it more than the bane series. BEST ONE YET A MUST READ!
