    Why does nobody know what Speed Metal is? DragonForce isn't Speed Metal, Venom is Speed Metal. Speed Metal is not just defined by its tempo, but also by its sound, which is very similiar to Thrash Metal.

    It's really not, unfortunately. If you compare their newest album to Winterheart's Guild or Ecliptica, there is a drastic difference. I wouldn't regard their new stuff as power metal.
